Terms & Conditions

The rules for booking and joining our online makeup class.

In simple words

  • These terms are for our 2-day live online makeup class with Sarah Khan on Zoom, on 24 and 25 October 2026.
  • The fee is ₹7,999. It includes both live classes, a certificate, a product list and the class recording for 2 weeks.
  • Your Zoom link and the recording are only for you. Do not share, download or copy them.
  • Once your booking is confirmed, the fee is not refundable, except in the cases in our Refund Policy.
  • If you have any question, please contact us before you book.

About these terms

"We", "us" and "TGM" mean The Game of Makeup, Professional Makeup Academy & Studio, founded by Sarah Khan, at C 1070, opposite Lucknow Dental Clinic, Arawali Marg, Indira Nagar, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India. "You" means the person who books or joins the class.

These terms apply when you use our website or book our class, online or on WhatsApp. This website sells only one thing: a live online makeup class. We do not sell or ship any physical products here.

When you tick "I agree to the Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy" at checkout, or pay for the class, you agree to these terms and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, please do not book.

The class

  • Name: 2-Day Online Makeup Masterclass with Sarah Khan
  • Day 1, 24 October 2026: Modern Bridal Makeup
  • Day 2, 25 October 2026: Cocktail Glam Makeup
  • Time: 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST (India time), both days
  • Where: live online on Zoom
  • You get: both live classes, an official certificate, a complete product list, and the class recording for 2 weeks

If you live outside India, please check what this time is in your country.

Who can join

You must be 18 or older to book. If you are under 18, you can join only with your parent's or guardian's permission. Your parent or guardian should make the booking and agree to these terms for you.

Booking and payment

  • To book, enter your full name, email address and mobile number (with country code), then pay online.
  • Please enter your details correctly. We use them to send your class details and to make your certificate.
  • Payments are handled by Razorpay: UPI, cards or net banking for Indian Rupees, and international cards where other currencies are available.
  • You enter your card or UPI details on Razorpay's secure payment window. We never see or store them.
  • Your seat is confirmed only after your payment is successful. We then send you a confirmation email. If you cannot find it, check your spam folder, then contact us.
  • If money was taken but the payment window showed an error, do not pay again. Contact us and we will check.
  • Online booking closes when the class starts, at 11:00 AM IST on 24 October 2026.
  • While online payment is not switched on, you can book by messaging us on WhatsApp. These terms apply to WhatsApp bookings too.

Price

  • The class fee is ₹7,999 (the usual price is ₹10,000).
  • The amount shown at checkout is the full amount you pay. We do not add tax on top.
  • Outside India, the website can show an approximate price in your currency, based on daily exchange rates.
  • The exact amount and currency are shown before you pay. That price is held for 10 minutes.
  • Online payment may not be possible in every currency. If yours is not available, you can pay in Indian Rupees or contact us.
  • Your bank may charge its own fees, such as currency conversion fees. These are not part of our price.
  • A future price change does not affect a booking that is already confirmed.

Joining the class

  • We will email you the Zoom joining details before the class.
  • Your joining link is only for you. Do not share it. One booking is for one person.
  • You need a phone, tablet or computer with Zoom and a stable internet connection. Please test them before the class.
  • Please join a few minutes early. We cannot repeat any part you miss, but you can watch it in the recording.

Class recording

  • You can watch the recording for 2 weeks. We will tell you how to watch it and until which date.
  • It is for your personal learning only.
  • Do not download, copy, screen-record or share it.

Certificate

  • You will receive an official certificate from The Game of Makeup.
  • Certificates are only for people who booked this class.
  • The certificate shows that you took part in this class. It is not a government licence or a university degree.

Product list

  • The product list includes expensive, affordable, local and international products. It is for learning only.
  • We do not sell these products. Other companies make and sell them.
  • Before using any product, read its ingredients and do a patch test on your skin.
  • We are not responsible for any allergy, skin reaction or other problem caused by other companies' products.

Class rules

  • Be kind and respectful to Sarah, our team and other participants.
  • Do not post rude, harmful or unrelated messages, or advertise, in the class chat.
  • We may remove anyone who disturbs the class, without a refund.

Who owns the class content

All class content belongs to The Game of Makeup and Sarah Khan. This includes the live class, the recording, the product list, and the videos, photos and text on this website.

You may use the skills you learn in your own makeup work. You must not:

  • record the class, or take screenshots to share,
  • share, upload or sell any class content,
  • teach the class content as your own course.

Changes to the class

We may change the class timing or the order of the topics. If we do, we will tell you by email or WhatsApp. If we cancel the class or move it to new dates, our Refund Policy explains your choices.

Results

Your results depend on your practice, your skin type and the products you use. We do not promise any particular result, job or income.

Our responsibility

  • We will do our best to run the class well and on time.
  • We are not responsible for problems outside our control, such as your internet or device, power cuts, or outages at Zoom, Razorpay or other services.
  • If we are responsible for any loss, the most we will pay is the fee you paid for this class.
  • Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under Indian law that cannot be taken away.

Other services and your privacy

We use Zoom for the class, Razorpay for payments and WhatsApp to talk with you. These services have their own terms, which also apply when you use them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we use your details.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. If you have already booked, the terms you agreed to still apply, unless the law requires a change.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. If you have a problem, please contact us first and we will try to solve it fairly. If we cannot, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh, India will decide.
